Back Pain and Sciatic Pain relief

With low back pain affecting 80% of people in the US at some point in their lifetime and 25% of the population at any given time, low back pain is the leading cause of disability and loss of work days.

"National statistics for 2025 show that

physical therapy (PT) is highly effective for low back pain (LBP) recovery, reducing pain and improving function, often with cost savings over injections/surgery, by emphasizing movement, core strength, and addressing neural pathways"

Knee pain Relief

Knee pain also makes us want to walk less, avoid stairs, and makes us dread getting up after sitting for awhile. Don't give in to that! Foot and ankle pain relief

Foot and ankle problems can come from injuries like sprains and strains, from neuropathy or irritated nerves, from malalignment problems or inflammatory problems like plantar fasciitis. Because we spend so much time on our feet, sometimes these problems cause other problems in our knees, hips and low back. Don't delay getting your foot and ankle problems evaluated by one of our licensed physical therapist, and get started on a plan to keep you moving today.

Elbow and wrist pain relief

It's less frequent that we injure our elbows and wrists, but physical therapists do treat these injuries and overuse diagnoses. Tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel, stiffness after immobilization, and radicular pain from the cervical spine are the most common.

Balance/Dizziness/Vertigo Relief

Vertigo is the sensation of spinning; that you or your environment is spinning. It is often the symptom of an inner ear problem and can cause loss of balance. There are other causes of loss of balance, and sometimes we struggle with that because we have a loss of strength. We have two specialists that treat Vertigo and all of us are trained to treat a loss of balance at AIM Physical Therapy, so don't delay in calling in to get an evaluation to see if physical therapy can help you find relief.

Treatment to improve General Strength

We can lose strength as we age, or after an illness, surgery, or even after a long winter where we cannot get out and move as often as we should. Physical therapy treats the loss of the strength and also works to build back the confidence and movement patterns you need to walk and move safely, and lift items that you need to lift in your daily routine.

Call AIM Physical therapy to schedule an evaluation to see how physical therapy might be able to help!
