About AIM
AIM Physical Therapy opened in 2018 in an effort to provide Sugar Grove with a physical therapy clinic that was dedicated to putting the patient and the patient's needs first. We wanted a clinic focused on patient care, not corporate priorities; focused on the needs of our patients, not the algorithms of an insurance company.
Our Story
The short story is that the six women below all worked together somewhere else for several years until that clinic was sold to a larger corporate chain that quickly was changing the ideals that we all had adhered to for years in our profession of physical therapy. We felt that those changes diminished the value of our care for our patients and the personal relationships that we had built with our patients while they healed. We truly believe that each patient is an individual that has unique challenges and needs; and that those challenges and needs are best overcome in a caring, fun, and slower paced environment that allows time for each clinician and patient to create a plan of care that is not only feasible, but also meets the patient where they are. So, in 2018, we broke away from the "big-box" corporate chain and created AIM Physical Therapy-Sugar Grove.
In 2022, we opened AIM Physical Therapy-Batavia,
and we now have 16 clinicians and 5 administrative staff.
DeeDee Loughary is one of the original owners that started AIM Physical Therapy in 2018. We are pleased to officially announce the retirement of DeeDee Loughary from patient care effective November 1st, 2025. DeeDee has made this decision for personal reasons to focus on her health and well-being. We extend our gratitude to her for her years of dedication to patient care and her commitment to AIM PT
